Adopt a Healthier Lifestyle With Mira Hair Oil

In general, your hair will grow faster if you take care of your body as a whole. For starters, try to eat a healthy diet that is rich in leafy green vegetables and lean protein. Because hair is made of protein, eating foods like eggs, fish, nuts and lean meats can help enrich your hair and stimulate its growth. It is important not to eat excessive amounts, however. Allocating about 15 percent of your diet to proteins should be sufficient to promote healthy hair growth.

You should also try to cut as much unhealthy food from your diet as possible. This includes food and beverages rich in sugar, fat and caffeine. Small amounts of such foods are relatively harmless, but consuming them regularly can inhibit hair growth. Likewise, smokers should try to quit their cigarette habits, or at least cut back. Be sure to keep healthy amounts of good fats and fatty acids in your diet, as recent research suggests that such substances could help signal the hair to grow more quickly.

In addition to fatty acids, leafy greens, and protein, make sure you are getting the right amount of vitamins every day. Biotin, magnesium, beta-carotene and vitamins A, B, C and E all stimulate hair growth. Finally, be sure to drink an adequate amount of water.

Consuming 8 to 10 glasses of water each day keeps your hair healthy and hydrated and also promotes overall healthiness. Conversely, alcohol and drugs tend to reverse this effect, slowing down hair growth.

Exercise is also an effective way of stimulating quicker hair growth. Regular cardiovascular workouts help your blood flow throughout your body, allowing more nutrients to reach your hair follicles via the bloodstream.

Poor blood flow will negatively affect the growth of your hair, making it more dull and brittle. Exercise can also help you better manage stress, which has been proven to contribute to hair loss.
